Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface. The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

Hurt not only releases something of ourselves into the world, for others to share and utilise, but it allows us to heal the gap that is left behind, by the hurt itself, whether it be torn and ripped from us, or gently slashed when we stood to close to something that perhaps we had no right to be standing so close to. Of course, we would not have known of this, had we not chosen to stand where we did; thus the lesson therein. That we alone are responsible for ourselves and what we choose to feel and how we then choose to recover, to fill the void with a lesson that we wish to remember always, so that it becomes part of us, helping us to continue on with our lives, as best we can, with what reserves we have available to us.
