This is taken at Albert, New South Wales, Australia � approximately 1987. It is a big storm that had come across and dumped an amazing amount of rain, then left, then came back again. Nature is wonderful, the opportunities that she provides us photographers with! This was scanned from an 8X12 print from one of my original portfolios. This is the �original scan� � the original film was the old grainy kodak 1000 asa, which I loved for the graininess (or noise, as it is called now). Then you couldn�t get it (the Kodak 1000) anymore! There is also a treated version, called 'Albert Rain Storm �', please GOOGLE if you would like to see the difference. (This is the UNTREATED version, also known as 'Storm at Albert')... Thank you Mick!! The digital noise is original grain, from using film, Kodak 1000asa; this is a scan of the print from my original portfolio. I have reduced the grain in this same image but I have not uploaded it here! Glad that you like it and thanks for the fave Mick!! Vick :))
